  1. Did you know there are proven links between heart disease and heavy snoring/sleep apnoea? Sleep/oxygen deprivation can lead to heart disease due to arterial plaque buildup. So snoring doesn't just make you and your partner tired...it can cause long term damage. But you're not alone - it's sadly very common - but the great news is it's easily treatable with a Manidular Splint from Instantly Stop Snoring.

  2. Another compelling reason to treat snoring is that sleep deprivation has been shown to increase your levels of Cortisol, which is a stress hormone. Some effects of elevated cortisol are:

    Lowered immunity

    Poor short-term memory

    Constipation

Weight gain, especially in the abdominal region and the waist

    Loss of muscle tone

Reduced growth hormone, testosterone, DHEA and estrogen

    Osteoporosis

So act now to treat your snoring...call for more information or visit www.instantlystopsnoring.com

  3. Would it be dangerous if a kid starts snoring at the age of 8? He usually does it almost every time he fell asleep.

    1. Hello Val...so sorry I missed your post. I hope that in the meanwhile you've had it checked out. Yes it quite often means enlarged tonsils in kids and it's terribly important for development and behaviour etc that you have it checked out by an ENT.
      Take care
